We are SO EXCITED! The Bridgers got to use their brand new grill last night and it worked great!

We had so much fun and we hope you did as well. It was great to see family, friends and new faces too!

What is one of your favorite things about summer? Here at The BridgeLine we LOVE to barbecue! The grill we currently have at the Belmont house has been well used and loved many times at our events, house dinners and more and is really starting to showing its age. So what do we hope to do? The BridgeLine would greatly appreciate a new grill! We hope to raise funds to purchase a new one before our upcoming Midsummer Night’s Dream party on June 23rd.

With the $500 goal, we would purchase the grill itself, a weatherproof cover and all of the accessories (spatulas, cleaning brushes etc.) that we will need. Have you ever been to the Lewis Ginter Botanical Gardens in Richmond? We went and it was so beautiful! We went in time to see the Garden’s celebration of spring. A parade of blooms unfurls as the weather warms: daffodils, tulips, peonies, roses and many more.

The Bridgers took a trip to the Route 11 Potato Chip Factory! They got to see the entire process of making chips. The staff talked with us about the potatoes, the process, and the daily realities of chipland!

What a night! Thank you to Tina Giorgi and Will Marfori for bringing us an evening of laughter! It was so much fun.

Also thank you to Lars Tiffany who came out to do a meet and greet with everyone before the show.
