Positions available:

Clubhouse Unit Coordinator, Residential Caregiver, Live-in Residential Caregiver

Brain Injury Clubhouse Unit Coordinator

When you walk through the front door at The BridgeLine, you realize this is not your average human service program. It feels Warm. Cared for. Like a Family. The person who greets you does not appear to be a staff person. They may have an obvious disability. It is clear as they greet you that you don’t need to try and figure out who is a staff member and who isn’t. Everyone is playing a necessary role. People buzz around you with purpose. There is energy to this place.
This is no ordinary day program. This is not a place where people sit around waiting for a caregiver to get off work or to waste a day. This is a real-life community with the mission to move every individual forward toward a goal.
As an employee of The BridgeLine, no two days at work are exactly the same. One day you work beside program members who have never used a computer. The next day, you’re setting up an Excel spreadsheet to analyze feedback surveys. The work is hard some days but then there are days that can’t be beat. Like the day you teach someone with limited use of their hands to use the “Ok, Google” search function on a smartphone and you watch as they make a phone call independently for the first time in years. You open a door to the world for people. One small task at a time.
So. Can you picture yourself here? Do you want to join us?
The Position:
The Administrative Unit Coordinator at the Clubhouse works side by side with program members to plot out and complete tasks within the work unit. If you’re a computer nerd, love data, and like to teach people how to use technology to help improve their independence, you will have the opportunity to bring your hobbies to work every day and share them with the people that you serve. Tasks within the work unit contribute to the Clubhouse, but also offer program members the opportunity to develop and practice everything from independent living skills to social skills to work skills. Unit Coordinators also manage a caseload and provide service planning to members within the Clubhouse.

The Specs:
The position is full-time, 40 hours per week.

Business hours are generally between 8:30-4:30 Monday-Friday, but evening hours may be required for social and recreational activities.
Benefits package includes:
Meals at the clubhouse three days a week
Participation in an organizational paid retirement plan after the first year of employment
Earn Two weeks Paid Time Off that begin accruing at the end of the probationary period
Compensation: $15-16/Hour
NO PHONECALLS!
